Basement Waterproofing

At ARK, we take pride in out step by step basement waterproofing system.

We start by digging around the foundation. All dirt will be hauled away

Once opened up, we install new 4″ PVC drain tile (footer drain) and clean-outs on every wall of the home.

Once the footer drain is installed, we power wash all walls, removing all dirt and debris.

All cracks will be cleaned out with a diamond grinder, washed out, and replaces with water stop hydraulic cement.

Once cracks are patched & repaired, we install a foundation coating (tar).

We then backfill with 57 was gravel and install new 4″ PVC downspout lines.

Finally, the last 12″ of trenches will be filled with clean topsoil and graded smooth.
